Please contact your insurance to ensure we are on panel (in network) with your plan. They can also determine if you have a copay, deductible, or coinsurance. If you owe a copay, deductible, or coinsurance, this is due at the time of service in exact cash or check written out to LifeSpire, LLC.
Please be aware some particular Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans will "carve out" their mental health benefits to be managed by another insurer (i.e. Optum, United Behavioral Health). LifeSpire is not on panel (in network) with these insurances.
If we are not in plan (in network) with your insurance, you may have out of network benefits and be able submit to your insurance for some type reimbursement. Contact your insurance to see if you have this benefit. You must pay the full fee at each appointment and we will provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.
Some people prefer not to use their insurance benefits since insurance requires us to diagnose you with a mental health diagnosis and this becomes part of your permanent medical record. Your therapist can explain further at your first appointment.
