Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. If you're unsure who would be the best fit, our team is happy to guide you based on your concerns, goals, age, and scheduling preferences.
-
Your first appointment is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know one another. You'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your personal history, your goals, and any questions you may have. Together, you'll begin creating a plan that supports your mental health and well-being.

Yes. LifeSpire is in-network with many major commercial insurance plans, including Highmark, Capital Blue Cross, Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, UPMC Commercial, Independence Blue Cross, Anthem, Premera, and several other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. You may still be able to use out-of-network benefits depending on your insurance plan. Our office can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier to learn more about your out-of-network coverage.
